What a great school to go to. They are extremely helpful. I did everything online and I have been a busy new mom trying to find any hours to do the schooling. I have had many questions that i emailed in late at night, never expected them to reply back until the next day but they always surprised me.

I didn’t pass my test the first time so I sent them a copy of what the results said and they helped me to know the parts I struggled on and told me what chapters to go back and study.

Needless to say, I am so happy I decided to go to this school and recommend it to anyone thinking about it.

They have a desire to help you be a good real estate agent. Thank you so much!

Thanks for all the great instruction and exam prep. I passed my Brokers exam yesterday and I owe it to you guys. The test was much more difficult than I expected and I really thought I was going to have to call you to prep me for a 2nd exam attempt, but no need, I got through! Your methods to understand the concepts are amazing. Bob’s FRL formula made the math questions enjoyable. If anyone out there is looking for any type Real Estate education, do yourself a favor, don’t even consider anyone other than Stringham! They helped me get my original Sales Agent license in 2005, all of my CE and now my Brokers License.

I recently finished the 120 hour course at the Institute of Real Estate Education and had a FANTASTIC experience! Their system was very easy to use and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions. I passed the state and national exams on my first try and attribute much of that to their program. I highly recommend Institute of Real Estate Education to anyone wanting to obtain their real estate license!

Very convenient. Has no slide issues whatsoever. There are quite a few typos in the slides as pointed out already. I did feel like it prepared me for the exam and I did pass both exams on the first attempt.
